Orders

We have on minimum purchase order.

We accept orders over the internet, email, phone or fax.

Orders within Australia

All goods are sent via Australia Post.

There is a flat fee of $2 per order. Goods will be sent by ordinary mail in a padded bag.

If you wish your order to go by Registered Mail, the fee will be $4.50.

Delivery usually takes 2-3 days on receipt of payment.

Orders can also be sent using an overnight courier which costs $15.

We accept no responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Orders outside Australia

Delivery charges vary according to parcel size and weight.

Payments

All payments to be made in Australian Dollars and include GST.

We accept payment by phone or fax credit card details,direct deposit or money order.

Returns

We try to describe all products as accurately as possible.

If for some reason you are not happy with an item, contact us immediately. We will gladly exchange or offer store credit. Goods must be returned as soon as possible. We accept no responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.

Privacy

Your privacy is our main concern.

We only use your details to process your order.

We do not disclose your details to any other parties.

Credit card details are not kept.

Customers accept the risks associated with the insecurity of the internet.
